Intellectual Property Notice
Ownership of artworks remains exclusively with the artist Jennifer Frotscher, even after purchase. This encompasses originals, commissions, prints, as well as current and future reproductions in any form. Purchasing any item, be it original or otherwise, does not authorize the customer to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute it in any format, or reproduce it for profit or other purposes.

Collectors must obtain explicit written permission from the artist before reproducing any artwork. Sharing images of purchased items on social media platforms is encouraged and does not violate this provision.

 

Liability
Once in the possession of the collector, we bear no responsibility for the condition of goods. We are not obligated to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate for any damage resulting from mishandling by customers, such as smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, or damaging works.

However, in accordance with consumer protection regulations, compensation for damage is provided if products are received damaged due to postal services or if faulty merchandise is dispatched. Each print undergoes multiple quality inspections before shipment, ensuring that only pristine reproductions are delivered to customers.

We urge customers to thoroughly read and understand product descriptions before making a purchase, as we are not obligated to compensate those who fail to do so. All prints come with included borders, which are accounted for in the final size listed.

 

Returns and Refunds
Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website or making a purchase. By accessing and using our website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our website.
Below are our return policies for each product category. While we strive to provide accurate color representations of artwork, variations may occur due to device calibrations. For color-sensitive purchases, we recommend viewing the item on multiple devices (e.g., desktop, iPhone).

 

Custom Prints and Returns
We specialize in crafting custom prints tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any prints, except in cases of shipping-related damage.

Damaged Prints
If you receive a damaged print, please follow these steps:
   •    Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
   •    Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
   •    Upon verification, we will send you a replacement print at no extra cost.

 

Originals (non-refundable)
All original purchases are final and come with a special, personalized gift. Jennifer personally covers generous shipping costs to deliver originals with their original stretchers or packaged in a tailored container directly to your door via courier.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

 

Shipping Policy
Address changes must be reported within 24 hours of purchase to ensure redirection. Once dispatched from our studio, addresses cannot be modified. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by customers. Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate mailing addresses during checkout.

Duties and Taxes
Our studio operates in Spain and in Germany and is not responsible for import fees on purchased products, including custom commissions, originals, and merchandise.

Import taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total and are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, value-added tax, or similar charges. Refusal to pay these charges will result in the return of the shipment to us. Upon receipt of the product in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs to your country).

Items are declared at their purchase value for export, and documents will not be falsified under any circumstances.
